About the Kingstanding branch
We’re looking to recruit kind-hearted, flexible and loyal people to join us as Care Assistants in North Birmingham. You don’t need any previous experience and we will support you every step of the way in your new job. Our care team is led by Stephanie, who has been at the branch for 6 years.
Working at the Kingstanding branch
Stephanie has worked in the Care Sector for over 15 years, and although care work can be tough she says “it’s the most exciting, rewarding job that you could imagine!”. Good communication is key to running a successful community care team and this is a key focus for the branch.
People should join our team in North Birmingham because every day is different, we care for people from all walks of life and we all support each other to ensure that hard days turn into good ones! The job is like no other, full of rewards and the opportunity to make you feel like you are making a difference to people’s lives.
