We have an open-door policy which means all members of the team can come forward with ideas, feedback or concerns and we will support them every step of the way. We know what matters most is providing excellent care and our Carers are vital in achieving this - we also know that they can give us a unique insight into the challenges being faced and therefore it’s important they are involved in new initiatives and have all the tools they need to do their job effectively.
